AltProteins 25 speakers
AltProteins 25 wasn’t just focused on what’s next in food — it was focused on what’s necessary. The 2025 program delivered a new level of ambition and refinement, bringing together bold thinkers and doers who weren’t afraid to ask hard questions and pursue transformative answers.
Our AltProteins 25 speakers catalysed serious conversations, sparked radical collaboration, and drove actionable outcomes.
This was an opportunity to connect with the trailblazers and disruptors pushing the boundaries of the ‘unthinkable’ in the future food revolution. From Nik Gowing (Founder & Co-Director, Thinking the Unthinkable) to Cecilia Chang (Mission Barns), Amy Carter-James (Raaise), Dr James Petrie (Nourish Ingredients), and Sonalie Figueiras (Green Queen), attendees heard from visionaries from around the world who are redefining our future food systems.
