Held during the conference lunch break, attendees had the opportunity to:

From products already on shelves, to co-developed formats with food partners, to items not yet available in retail, the Tasting Hall offered a unique opportunity to discover some of the industry’s innovators shaping the future of food. Attendees sampled more than 40 plant-based products — from schnitzels to seaweed treats, cheeses to coffees, brownies to burgers, and much more.
