The AltProteins 25 Tasting Hall was a curated showcase spotlighting the innovation and versatility of Australian and New Zealand plant-protein ingredient manufacturers.
Held during the conference lunch break, attendees had the opportunity to:

- Gain first-hand insights into functionality, versatility and commercial potential
- Engage in meaningful conversations with potential collaborators and partners
From products already on shelves, to co-developed formats with food partners, to items not yet available in retail, the Tasting Hall offered a unique opportunity to discover some of the industry’s innovators shaping the future of food. Attendees sampled more than 40 plant-based products — from schnitzels to seaweed treats, cheeses to coffees, brownies to burgers, and much more.
