Board profile

Anne is an esteemed executive and non-executive leader in Australia and New Zealand’s food innovation and agriculture sectors. She is currently chair of Australia’s Food Agility Co-operative Research Centre and Dairy Food Safety Victoria; deputy chair of New Zealand Food Safety Science and Research; and non-executive director of Agriculture Innovation Australia; further to various current and past appointments in food safety regulation, public health, sheep and dairy industries, and natural resources and environment. Anne previously served in executive roles at the Victorian Government including 11 years as the inaugural CEO of Dairy Food Safety Victoria. With a PhD in Biochemistry, Anne has cemented her reputation as a distinguished food scientist and has been widely recognised for her extensive leadership contributions across industry, policy and science.
