AltProteins 22 program now live

The program for the first-ever alternative proteins conference in Australia and New Zealand, AltProteins 22, is now available

To be held at W Melbourne on 16 February, 2022, the conference will bring together industry pioneers, agri-food and policy experts and leading researchers in-person for a focused and insights-packed program. Most importantly, the AltProteins 22 agenda allows ample time for making new connections – including multiple tea breaks and networking drinks at the day’s close.

Hear the latest insights from industry leading pioneers, including agri-food professionals, investors, researchers, policymakers and producers. Speakers recently announced on the lineup include Morten Toft Bech (Meatless Farm), Jim Fader (Eden Brew), Vanessa O’Neill (New Zealand Trade and Enterprise), Professor German Spangenberg (Agriculture Victoria), Ben Krasnostein (Kilara Capital) and David Jochinke (Grains Farmer).

Alice Zaslavsky, author, broadcaster, Masterchef alum and vegetable-advocate extraordinaire will join the event as our MC. Alice’s cookbook, In Praise of Veg, topped the Australian cookbook charts. As a regular face and voice on ABC News Breakfast and ABC radio nationally, Alice helps drive the country’s conversations around food.

AltProteins 22 is pleased to welcome the latest sponsor, Kilara Capital, joining the existing sponsors who are committed to realising our region’s alternative protein potential: The Victorian Government, Rogue Foods, MEET, Firmenich and v2food

More than half the tickets for AltProteins 22 have been sold, so register today to join Food Frontier in exploring the transformative ideas, insights and developments shaping Australia and New Zealand’s alternative proteins ecosystem.

Head to the program page to find the full agenda for the day, complete with session topics, speakers and facilitators.
