As Operations Manager Sam supports Food Frontier to run smoothly and efficiently. The majority of his career has been spent supporting a range of programs in the not-for-profit sector, helping to create quality outcomes and supporting staff to be more operationally efficient.
Sam has worked overseas for many years in the UK and South East Asia, ranging from large investment banks to smaller NGO’s and training companies. More recently, Sam worked as an Operations Manager with the Red Cross, where he helped establish and support emergency relief programs, aimed at providing vital support to communities that have been affected by natural disasters. Some of these programs provided emergency relief to people affected by bushfires, floods, COVID, and domestic violence.
With a background in teaching, training, counseling and casework, Sam enjoys working as a bridge between program outcomes, client/staff needs while balancing operational and strategic goals.
