Allison is a businesswoman, an entrepreneur and humanitarian who has supported and empowered some of the most vulnerable citizens and communities in Australia and around the world. Her pursuit of social justice including food security has taken her on a path where she has been given an intimate insight into the issues and injustices faced by marginalised communities. Allison believes systemic change and education are the vehicles for social, economic and political transformation and advocates for multi-dimensional approaches to education which includes core education, personal development, life skills and economic competencies. Allison is passionate about developing solutions to reconcile healthy protein consumption and sustainable protein production and sharing this information so that others think differently about global food security and how they can create sustainable, safe, accessible and affordable protein for the future.
